Beginning May 1, 2019, violations of this article may be cited, reported and considered
by the code enforcement board pursuant to the provisions of chapter 2, article III, Treasure Island Code of Ordinances or by any other available means
as determined by the city. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate
offense. In addition, the city manager may also delegate enforcement responsibility
for this article to agencies and departments of local government in the service areas
governed by this article, in accordance with state and local law. Further, in addition
to the criminal penalties provided, the city commission is hereby authorized to institute
any appropriate action or proceeding, in order to prevent or abate violations of this
section.
