Building environment shall consider, whenever economically practical:
• For pedestrian walkways, brick or paver type treatment.
• Garden arrangements with emphasis on drought-resistant and salt-tolerant flora.
• Widening of sidewalks, use of paving materials and introduction of new parking lots
shall be done in a manner which is compatible with the character of the area and maintains
the relationship of the buildings to the environment.
