§ 68-33. Amendment and variance fees.

Latest version.

Any application for a change to the city zoning map, application for change of zoning district, or application for a variance, shall be submitted on a form as prepared by the city and submitted to the city manager or designee, and shall be accompanied by a fee as may be set from time to time by a resolution passed by the city commission.
